The Narula's family, a long partner and supporter of the organization, is opening the doors for this one time event to serve all attendees with the finest Indian cuisine. Indian cuisine encompasses a wide variety of regional and traditional cuisines native to India. Given the range of diversity in soil type, climate, culture, ethnic groups, and occupations, these cuisines vary substantially from each other and use locally available spices, herbs, vegetables, and fruits. Indian food is also heavily influenced by religious, in particular Hindu and cultural choices and traditions. Indian cuisine is still evolving, as a result of the nation's cultural interactions with other societies. Although Indian food has a rich and complicated history, the secret to making it is very simple. The best food is always created with love. And love demands that you make no compromises or take no shortcuts.
