Hamilton is a diverse city, but not everyone experiences it the same way. A 2021 survey showed that many residents, specifically immigrants, visible minorities and Indigenous Peoples in Hamilton, are concerned about discrimination, exclusion, and hate. Feeling like you don’t belong, whether at work, in your neighborhood, or in daily life, has a real impact.
Inclusion means feeling valued, heard, and connected. When we break down barriers and create spaces where everyone is welcome, we all benefit.

Hamilton for All is a public education campaign that aims at stimulating dialogue and opening minds by encouraging Hamiltonians to stand up against prejudice, exclusion and discrimination based on ethnicity, race, religion, country of origin, disability, sexual orientation and other differences.
