You are invited to the 5th Annual Multicultural Wellness Fair 2017 (#MWF2017)!

The MWF creates awareness about Hamilton's wellness and health services to multicultural communities, including newcomer immigrants and refugees. Information and resources are provided in an entertaining and interactive environment. Cultural performances and food will be presented to provide attendees with the opportunity to appreciate Hamilton’s diverse cultures as well as hear the stories and voices of people who share their experience through performance or speeches.

Colombian Refugees Association is a non for profit Hamilton based organization who provides assistance to unserved refugee claimants families from any where in the world, who are looking in to get protection from the Canada government and see in Hamilton and surroundings a place to have a family and raise their children. Colombian Refugee Association does not received any type of funding from any governmental bodies and they support their service and programs from special events, private sponsors and volunteers.

Join us for Hamilton's only Caribbean Inspired Walk event to encourage wellness and community involvement.

Our annual walk-a-thon is a fun and fit activity. Participants set realistic goals. All individual walkers/runners/skaters with more than $250 in pledges will receive a T-shirt and the $20.00 registration fees will be waived.

Enjoy an evening of rich cultural expressions with family and friends as we bring you the sounds and movements of Uganda. This is a family friendly event. Tickets are only $10 per person and $5.00 for children 10 and under. Food will be available for $10.00 per plate. Cash Bar.
