Secrets of Syrian Baking Poster
When: Saturday, October 22, 2016 - 12:00pm
Where: Hamilton Farmers Marke, 35 York Blvd, Hamilton

Join us during NoshHamOnt at the Hamilton Farmers' Market Community Kitchen as our Syrian chefs share their secrets to baking delicious, authentic Syrian pita bread. For Saturday's demonstration, we'll be making a zatar pita. At the end, you'll get to sample this homemade pita topped with an incredible oil and herb blend.

This demo is free, but seating is limited.

Secrets of Syrian Baking for Kids Poster

Children, ages 4 to 14 years, will participate in a free, hands-on program during NoshHamOnt at the Hamilton Farmers' Market Community Kitchen! Your child will work side-by-side with Syrian newcomer women to make authentic zatar pita bread. At the end, they will get to eat their delicious creation.
